Yes you can book a meeting room online. All registered customers of The Workshop have the ability to book meeting rooms online via our interactive online booking system.

All our spaces have FULL HD LED TV’s available for use with Google Chromecast for screen sharing. We also have professional grade Logitech video conferencing systems in our spaces. These are compatible with common video conferencing software including Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Hot desk bookings include access to the space between 8.30am and 5.00pm Monday to Friday, a private desk, unlimited hi-speed wifi, as much tea, herbal tea, filtered water and coffee as you can drink and use of the kitchen area (with a fridge, sandwich press, toaster and microwave) and open collaboration space. Access to private meeting rooms is also available with the ability to book for free for up to 2 hours.

We have enterprise quality A3/A4 colour laser printers available at all our locations. Our full time members have access to the printers and hot desk users are able to request printing. Printing is available at an extra charge.

Yes we do. Our virtual office includes a business mailing address, secure mail storage, remote mail access and mail scanning (if required). Contact us for more information.

Xmas/New Year Hours 2025/26

The last day for Hotdesking at The Workshop spaces will be Wednesday 24th of December 2025. The Workshop Ponsonby will reopen on Monday 5th of January for Hot desk bookings and The Workshop Avondale will reopen on Monday 12th of January for Hot desk bookings. Residents and Flex members will have 24x7 access to our spaces as per normal during this time.
